A first order is a starting point. Exchanges are expected, sometimes two. Every product is measured before shipping. Reorders fit consistently.

Standard orders: free exchanges and refunds within 30 days.

Modular orders: exchanges and store credit within 30 days.

Clearance orders: store credit within 30 days.

To return or exchange, email support@toddshelton.mom or reply to your personal confirmation email. Your name and email are enough; you do not need your order number. Tell us what needs to change and whether you want an exchange or a refund. Modular orders exchange or return for store credit. A prepaid label will be sent by email within one business day. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Banks may require an additional 2–3 business days to post.
